Three Commercial Program Types

Select the program structure before artwork, film and filling quantities are confirmed.

Standard Private Label

Existing packet specifications with brand artwork and commercially practical finished-goods planning.

Key Deliverables

Fully Custom Printed Film

Custom printed roll film engineered for artwork, registration, sealing and the selected packet format.

Key Deliverables

Multi-Client / Distributor

Distributor-led programs planned around repeat orders, client allocation and controlled packaging specifications.

Key Deliverables

Qualification Gate

Packet projects are reviewed separately from standard bottled programs because printed film, machine setup and packaging structure affect commercial MOQ.

Key Deliverables

Artwork & Film Engineering

Printed roll film must be engineered for the filling line, packet dimensions and production-speed registration.

Artwork File Requirements

Provide vector AI or PDF artwork with outlined fonts, bleed, print-safe area, registration marks and Pantone references. Film can be planned in matte or gloss finish, subject to color matching, tooling and plate requirements.

Cut & Registration Tolerance

Packet film is continuously indexed and cut at production speed. Artwork with strongly contrasting colors directly across the cut boundary should allow practical registration tolerance. Final tolerance is confirmed during artwork engineering.

Film Run ≠ Filling Run ≠ Finished Goods Quantity

Printed film, machine filling and finished-goods packing are separate commercial quantities. They must be planned together, but they are not interchangeable.

mouthwash types

Film Run

The quantity of printed roll film required by the film converter, including setup and print allowances.

Filling Run

The quantity scheduled through the packet filling line after machine setup and production loss allowances.

Finished Goods Quantity

The sellable or distributable packets remaining after filling, QC, packing and normal production allowances.

Why They Differ

Converter minimums, setup waste, roll balance and packing configuration create different planning quantities.

First-Run Planning

Confirm channel, packet size, film structure, artwork, inner pack, carton and annual demand before quotation.

Repeat-Supply Planning

Maintain approved artwork, film specification, finished-goods specification and reorder lead-time assumptions.

Packaging Hierarchy & Export Planning

Plan every layer from the individual packet to palletized export shipment.

Individual Packet

Supporting commercial oral care programs from product development through repeat manufacturing.

Inner Pack

One project coordinator across formulation, packaging, production scheduling, and documentation.

Distribution & Master Cartons

Formula, packaging, artwork, and production requirements reviewed together before scale-up.

Pallet / Export Shipment

Built for repeat manufacturing, documentation continuity, and long-term supply planning.

Commercial Planning for First Runs and Repeat Supply

Packaging structure, artwork readiness and annual volume shape the production plan.

STEP 1

Define First-Run Inputs

Confirm packet dose, film structure, print specification, inner-pack format, distribution carton and destination market.

Project Review

STEP 2

Confirm Production & Logistics

Standard or reinforced corrugated cartons and export adjustments are selected for the distribution route. Urgent express or DDP may be reviewed where available; deadlines are confirmed case by case.

Sampling & Validation

STEP 3

Plan Repeat Orders

Keep approved artwork, film, filling and packing specifications aligned with reorder quantities and required delivery windows.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the typical MOQ for commercial private label mouthwash?

Packet projects are reviewed separately from standard bottled programs because printed film, machine setup and packaging structure affect commercial MOQ.

Yes. Standard private label, fully custom printed film and distributor-led multi-client programs can be assessed.

Printed film quantity, filling quantity and finished-goods quantity are separate planning figures. Final numbers are confirmed after artwork and packaging engineering.

The hierarchy can include the individual packet, consumer or hospitality inner pack, distribution carton, master carton and palletized export shipment.

Standard and reinforced corrugated options can be reviewed, with export adjustments based on destination and shipment method.

Vector AI or PDF artwork, outlined fonts, bleed, print-safe areas, registration marks and Pantone references are normally required.

Share intended channel, target market, packet dose, artwork status, expected first order and annual volume.

Lead time depends on artwork approval, printed-film readiness, machine scheduling and packing. Any urgent express or DDP option is reviewed case by case.

Yes. Repeat supply is planned against the approved film, filling and packing specifications.
