Terms of Service
Last updated: August 18, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of oralabx.com, operated by ORALABX, an oral care OEM/ODM business division of Fuzhou Ruiqi Import & Export Co., Ltd. (“ORALABX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
1. Purpose of This Website
The ORALABX website provides general information about our oral care OEM, ODM, private-label, product development, packaging, testing, manufacturing coordination, and related services.
Website content is intended primarily for businesses, professional buyers, brand owners, distributors, dental professionals, and other commercial users evaluating potential manufacturing cooperation.
Information published on this website is provided for general informational and business-development purposes and does not constitute a binding offer, quotation, warranty, or commitment to manufacture or supply any particular product.
2. Product and Manufacturing Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information about our capabilities, products, formulations, packaging, testing, manufacturing, and related services accurate and current.
However, actual project feasibility depends on factors including product specifications, formulation requirements, packaging, order quantity, target market, regulatory requirements, material availability, testing requirements, production capacity, and other project-specific conditions.
Accordingly, information displayed on this website regarding:
- manufacturing capabilities;
- product categories or formats;
- ingredients or formulation concepts;
- minimum order quantities (MOQs);
- packaging options;
- testing or quality-control capabilities;
- certifications or regulatory support;
- production capacity;
- development or production timelines; and
- indicative pricing or commercial terms
is general information only unless expressly confirmed for a specific project in writing.
We may modify, discontinue, or update website information and available capabilities without prior notice.
3. Inquiries, Quotations and Commercial Agreements
Submitting an inquiry, requesting samples, requesting a quotation, or discussing a potential project does not create a purchase contract, manufacturing agreement, agency relationship, partnership, joint venture, or other binding commercial relationship.
Any quotation, proposal, pro forma invoice, specification, development brief, sample approval, purchase order, or other project document may be subject to additional terms and project-specific confirmation.
A commercial project becomes binding only to the extent agreed through applicable written commercial documents accepted by the relevant parties.
Where a separately executed agreement, accepted purchase order, specification, quotation, or other written commercial document conflicts with these website Terms, the project-specific written agreement will govern the relevant commercial matter.
4. Samples, Prototypes and Product Development
Samples, laboratory prototypes, development samples, packaging samples, mock-ups, and similar materials are provided for evaluation and development purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A sample or prototype:
- may differ from subsequent commercial production;
- may require further stability, compatibility, microbiological, packaging, regulatory, or other testing;
- does not by itself constitute approval for commercial manufacture;
- does not guarantee that a product is suitable for every market, claim, application, or regulatory classification; and
- does not constitute a guarantee of commercial performance or consumer acceptance.
Final production specifications, quality standards, testing requirements, packaging requirements, artwork, claims, and other relevant parameters should be confirmed through the applicable project documentation before commercial production.
5. Regulatory and Compliance Information
Information on this website concerning regulations, product classification, ingredients, certifications, testing, labeling, registration, notification, or market-entry requirements is provided for general informational purposes only.
Such information does not constitute legal, regulatory, medical, or professional advice.
Regulatory requirements may vary by product, formulation, claims, intended use, target market, sales channel, and changes in applicable law.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, customers remain responsible for confirming that the final product, labeling, claims, advertising, distribution, and sale comply with the laws and requirements applicable in their target markets.
Where ORALABX or its service providers assist with regulatory documentation, testing, notification, registration, or related support, the specific scope and responsibilities will be determined on a project-by-project basis.
6. Customer-Supplied Information and Materials
You are responsible for ensuring that information and materials you provide to us are accurate and that you have the necessary rights and authority to provide and use them.
This may include:

You should not submit trade secrets, confidential formulas, or other highly sensitive proprietary information through general website inquiry forms unless appropriate confidentiality arrangements are already in place.
ORALABX is not responsible for disputes arising from materials, instructions, claims, trademarks, designs, or other content supplied by a customer or third party where the customer does not have the necessary rights or authorization.
7. Confidentiality
Submitting information through this website or beginning preliminary project discussions does not, by itself, create a confidential relationship or non-disclosure obligation.
Where confidentiality is required, the parties may enter into a separate non-disclosure agreement (“NDA”) or other written confidentiality arrangement.
Any confidentiality obligations relating to a specific project will be governed by the applicable NDA, development agreement, manufacturing agreement, or other written arrangement between the relevant parties.
